IHRE AUFGABEN

• Responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement and designing solutions to enhance business performance

• This position will collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to gather requirements, define scope, and ensure that project deliverables meet business needs

• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and document business requirements, including functional and non-functional requirements

• Analyze business processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for automation

• Act as a facilitator between business and IT ensuring implementation of best-in-class solutions

• Perform, evaluate, and communicate thorough quality assurance at every stage of systems development and conduct testing

• Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of new systems and processes

• Monitor and report on project progress, including status updates, risks, and issues

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to business analysis and process improvement

YOUR PROFILE

• Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills, high solution-orientation, and a high degree of pragmatism

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights

• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies

• Experience in generating process documentation and reports

• Familiarity with business process modelling tools and methodologies

• Proficient user in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint

• Relevant higher educational and professional background

• Proficient in English. All other languages a plus
