Unilabs is the largest provider of medical laboratory diagnostics for prescribers and hospitals in Switzerland and employs around 800 people.
Your Tasks
As the first point of contact with our clients, medical practices, you ensure a high-quality customer service:
• Handle complaints from medical practices, clinics, and hospitals
• Manage problematic cases and modify files
• Record requests for couriers and home sample collections
• Handle requests for invoice modifications
Your Profile
- Comfortable with computer tools and quick to use them
- Excellent oral expression in French and good written expression
- German or French, other national languages desired.
- Ease on the phone and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service mindset and active listening
- Autonomy and initiative, strong team spirit
- Ability to handle stress
- Priority management
- Organization and systematic approach
