We are looking a Solution architect in the D365 CRM solution area. You will ensure long term stability, performance and continuous evolution of the CRM solutions. You will have an opportunity to design E2E solutions across the different architecture layers, functional, technical while ensuring data integrity & compliance with CCH enterprise architecture principles.
YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Collaborate with the product team & business partners in capturing requirements and translate them into high-level solution design, highlighting the pre-requisites, risks, impact on performance
•Support the creation of a product roadmap based on the continuous evolution of the business & technology trends
•Support the product team by contributing to writing functional & non-functional requirements to allow application development & configuration meets best-in call design patterns & unlock proper solution delivery
o Create & maintain Solution Design for D365 customer engagement apps within the scope of Power Platform.
o Create & maintain Solution Design for D365 mobile first features and proficiency with D365 mobile apps configurations.
o Create & maintain Solution Design for the web applications, using HTML, CSS, JS, Angular, React, and NodeJS.
o Assure usage of Azure DevOps CD/CI Pipelines (ALM, YAML).
•Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as needed.
•Responsible to document the solution architecture design and capture functional/technical artificats that describe the E2E solution design using TOGAF principles, using Azure DevOps Wiki.
•Coordinate & collaborate with CCH architect community, security & enterprise architect to ensure validation of the design principles and contribute to continue building the CCH cohesive landscape.
•Ensure proper integration design of the product with cloud solutions where relevant and collaborate with integration teams to provide recommendations and support for design & delivery
•Coordinate with technical architects & Ops teams to ensure proper solutions layers are identified, monitoring is enabled and part of a sustainable & maintainable support model.
•Work very closely with Platform Architect on Performance Improvements opportunities and new functionalities architecture
•Participate in product assessment (RFI/RFP) and provide technical analysis & recommendations based on internal capabilities / technology trends available in the market.
•Adopt SAFE Agile principles and foster & advocate CI/CDs processes ensuring DevSecOps practices are in the DNA of every product lifecycle
•Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in the industry.
•Work with the vendor development team to align on code changes that improve the state of the solution architecture to meet Coca-Cola Hellenic business requirements.
ARE THESE YOUR SECRET INGREDIENTS?
•University Degree in computer science or equivalent.
•Min 5 years of experience in working as a Senior Developer or Solution Architect or Business Analyst in the Microsoft D365 Sales, Customer Service or Field Services areas of B2B or B2C preferably in the FMCG industry.
•Proven experience in architecture principles using SOA patterns & TOGAF framework or similar.
•Product experience & hands-on D365 CRM Platforms, integration with SAP ERP backend or any similar technology.
•Architecture Certifications on cloud technology or D365 Platforms well appreciated.
•Strong knowledge of web development using HTML, CSS, JS, Angular, React, and NodeJS.
•Proficient in computer networks, programming principles, computer architectures, systems programming, data structures and algorithms (knowledge of Azure data factory), object-oriented programming (.NET, C#), front-end programming (custom PCF development), Advanced SQL skills, software development methodologies (Agile and SCRUM), cloud development and ops (Azure infra, azure functions, Azure service bus, Azure Event Hub, Application Insights). Unit testing development and Load test implementation (Playwright, JMeter)
•Understand hosting models using hybrid architecture models - on-premise & cloud solutions (Azure, AWS,…) using IaaS, Paas, SaaS and their impact on the product lifecycle
•Experience with Azure DevOps CD/CI Pipelines (ALM).
•Strong understanding and experience in Agile Delivery Methodology. Hands on experience with Scaled Agile framework will be considered as an advantage.
