You are part of our Revenue Steering Touristic team, taking over full responsibility for our routes operating out of the Geneva Hub.
- Take ownership of revenue optimization for all routes departing from the Geneva SWISS hub by setting and executing effective steering strategies
- Analyze customer behavior, demand trends, and market patterns to forecast demand and drive steering decisions
- Collaborate with Network Management, Sales, and Marketing teams to develop and shape the future of the Geneva hub
- Participate and lead cross-functional projects to enhance the overall revenue performance
- Prepare and present data-driven insights, route forecasts, and strategic recommendations to upper management and key stakeholders
- Continuously refine and innovate processes, systems, and tools to maximize revenue and align with organizational goals
- Support team members and provide guidance in revenue steering matters, representing the team across departments

- You have a University degree in economics, business administration or similar education
- You enjoy communicating in English, French or German is an asset
- You are passionate about aviation and believe that mobility plays an important role in a globally interlinked world, connecting people and cultures
- You've excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills and know how to manipulate data including experience in data analysis with such tools as Excel
- You've worked with Powerpoint and are well-versed in preparing presentations for upper management
- Knowledge in other airline management fields such as network or sales is an asset
- Your goal is to work in highly motivated team and be an essential part of it, using strong interpersonal & social skills
- You've an entrepreneurial mindset and know how to deal with complex subjects
- You know how to work with state-of-the-art software, Excel is your best friend
- You like to work in hybrid work environment and are flexible to support other team members when needed
