In short
As Head of IBP Transformation you will be responsible for leading our drive to transform the way On plans, leading to the introduction of an organisation-wide Integrated Business Planning process. You will Project Manage our internal projects to reshape our planning processes, systems, team structures and roles & responsibilities towards our new vision of planning. Working with our teams in Commercial, Operations, Finance, Marketing and other On teams as part of a cross-functional project team.
This role is a six-month maternity leave cover with no guarantee of a permanent position to follow it. The role offers a high level of autonomy, a passionate and cross-functional team dedicated to driving change and the opportunity to make a real impact.
Your Mission

Head the overall E2E and IBP transformation initiative, including planning, execution, and change management

work alongside with the Head of IBP and the Business Architecture team to implement the new E2E framework that was established in On 3.0, including defining roles, responsibilities, and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure buy-in and alignment on the IBP vision and objectives

Pioneer changes across various stakeholders and ensure that there is smooth adoption of the new IBP processes and tools across the organization

Work closely with the tech and CoE team to oversee their implementation and integration with existing systems
