Currently, we are looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist & Responsible Pharmacist to join our highly motivated and inspired team in Zentiva Serbia.

What Would Be Your Main Responsibilities
 

• Ensure each batch of imported medicine as well as active substances used for production are manufactured, tested, and released in compliance with MA
• Providing samples, standards, and certificates for each imported batch to the National Drug Agency
• As sign status of a batch in compliance with the Drug Agency decision
• Responsible person for goods receipt, warehousing, and delivery of products as well as quality assurance of products that are marketed by Zentiva Pharma
• Implementation and maintenance of quality system in compliance with GDP and corporate QMS
• Reporting quality alerts to the Authorities; coordinating and acting in the recall of products
• Complaints management
• Customers and vendors' quality approval process
• Internal audit plan, participation in internal and external audits
• Making the final decision on removing and destroying recalled, returned, rejected, or counterfeit medicines; making the final decision on the return of goods to saleable stock
• Participation in initial and continual training
• Other tasks as assigned by the Manager

We Need You To Have

• Higher education - Graduate Pharmacist
• 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of English - written and spoken.
• Use of MS Office package.
• Driver's license B category.
