Saxo is looking for an experienced Relationship Manager to join our growing B2C Direct Business team in Zurich.
We are looking for a driven, independent, and ambitious colleague to join our Sales Team. As an experienced Relationship Manager, you will be immersed in a dynamic environment where you will engage with counterparts and stakeholders both internally and externally and working alongside highly passionate Saxo professionals.
The Sales Team is responsible for managing Saxo's clients. The team currently consists of eight employees, based in Zurich, whose mandate is to ensure resilience and efficiency across Saxo's network.
In this role you will get wide and deep exposure to the full value-chain of financial markets across a variety of asset classes such as equities, futures, options, bonds etc.
The role is based in Zurich, but you will be working virtually with colleagues and counterparts globally. The candidate must be an established strategic thinker with relevant experience to represent the organization at a senior level towards our numerous counterpart relationships.
Responsibilities:
- Owning and developing a portfolio of high-net worth clients (achieve KPIs regarding AUM, revenues and referrals)
- Supporting clients in navigating Saxo’s platform and providing service (achieve KPIs regarding NPS and client satisfaction)
- Expansion of sales activities all over German-speaking Switzerland through Network Management and Acquisition
- Active contact with internal and external counterparts, including contract and pricing negotiations, due diligence, ensuring delivery on service levels, and acting as an escalation point for any issues arising
- Provide value to both external and internal clients through market experience and delivery of market information
Your profile:
- 5+ years of finance related Relationship Management / Network Management experience
- French and Italian at a Native level, English proficiency written and verbal is a must
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a strong ability to explain complex topics
- In-depth knowledge and passion for financial market products and various asset classes (across FX, Options, CFDs, Futures Stocks and Bonds)
- A strong understanding of the Swiss Banking landscape and regulation as they relate to the services being provided
- Ability to build and maintain strong internal and external relationships
- Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders
- High personal drive and ambition that helps you keep pace and motivate others to achieve the desired targets
- Willingness to travel (mainly within Switzerland)
