This position reports to

Service Team Leader

Your role and responsibilities

Assume project responsibility for services related to medium and low-voltage switchgear and electrical distribution systems, taking into account all technical, scheduling, and commercial objectives Proactively communicate with customers, suppliers, and company units, in addition to coordinating tasks Manage activities in accordance with the project plan and processes Continuously monitor project progress and update plans as required Issue project progress reports Prepare quotations and support service sales Create service and maintenance concepts Oversee maintenance contracts through end-to-end management of customers or their production sites Close collaboration with the local sales manager to ensure an efficient customer support

Qualifications for the role

  • Solid degree in a technical specialization or vocational training (e.g. electrician, electrical engineer, automation engineer) with corresponding further training at HF or FH level (or equivalent)
  • Technical background in the field of medium-voltage and/or low-voltage switchgear. Professional experience in project management or field service is of advantage
  • French language skills and English or German. You will work with French-speaking customers and coordinate internal suppliers and colleagues in English or German
  • Flexible personality with demonstrable organizational and leadership abilities, together with good communication skills and the capacity to remain focused in a dynamic environment
  • You are responsive, customer-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively
