The Position

Our team is responsible for the worldwide strategic portfolio and lifecycle management of our products. Moreover, we support our local affiliates across the globe in the marketing and commercialization of our products.
This internship position is located in Rotkreuz, Switzerland, hybrid.
Key Responsibilities

Assist product managers with the continuous care of the respective disease areas as well as the product quality, availability and cost position as part of active life cycle management

Help identify new market opportunities based on market, customer and competitive data (this may include planning and executing market research projects as well as analysis of the results and derivation of concrete recommended actions)

Support internal marketing activities for new products and development projects

Creatively support diverse tasks related to the strategic and operational initiatives such as portfolio gap analysis and competitive insight generation as well as supporting the creation of webinars, workshops, gSites, newsletter

Coordinate and support product-related activities in the affiliates (local markets) and help ensure that the value proposition of products are understood

In addition from regular interaction with countries and regions worldwide, you will deal with internal stakeholders such as Research and Development, Finance, Medical Affairs, Communications and Regulatory

Lead and drive your own, smaller projects (e.g. an internal marketing campaign)
Who You Are
You are enrolled or have completed your Master’s studies at a university, preferably in the field of Business, medical or natural science or related fields of studies after February 2024 and are interested in applying your knowledge in a modern working environment as part of an internship.
Furthermore you are

You have a strong interest in economic tasks and you are passionate about the healthcare industry

You are reliable and show ownership for submitted tasks

You have a curious mindset and proactively drive your own tasks

Ideally you already have experience in the field of (international) product management, (digital) marketing and/or project management

You have strong skills in Google Suite (or similar, e.g. MS Office) applications, especially Google Slides/Powerpoint and Google Sheets/Excel

You have excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Technical details:
The start date for the internship is March 2025 with a duration of 6 months (can be extended to 12 months).
Part-time employment is not possible.
The application deadline is November 11th. Interviews will take place in late November and early December.
