In this role, you will:

Provide analytical services for various global compensation programs and projects to ensure their objectives are carried out in an effective and timely manner. This will include data management, audits, reporting, and interaction with global compensation team members and HR. Provide ad hoc as well as self-directed reports and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, issues, etc.

Support monthly and annual updates to K-C’s market pricing system (MarketPay), as well as annual maintenance and audit of job data.

Contribute to the administration of the annual merit and incentive compensation planning in Workday to ensure accurate planning and pay calculation for payroll processing.

Prepare company data for submissions to compensation surveys conducted by outside companies and organization.

Manage compensation-related content updates for K-C’s employee portal.

Manage timelines and deliverables to ensure that progress is maintained within expected guidelines and is completed in a timely manner.

Participate on process improvement activities associated with leveraging data and technology.

Other projects as assigned.

In one of our Compensation Enablement roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

2-4 years of compensation analysis experience or related experience

Demonstrated analytical and PC skills in performance of complex analysis and modeling

Knowledge & experience with Workday, preferred.

A high degree of accuracy, confidentiality and timeliness is required for the completion of assigned projects.

Must have aptitude and ability to learn and use multiple systems including Workday and Market Pay

Excellent Excel skills are necessary
-
Excellent communication skills are necessary, including with global teams
-
Ability to work independently and assume responsibility
-
Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills
