We are looking for a new team member in Hägendorf in the role as
Indirect Procurement Buyer – (m/w/d ) 100%
Main Location: Hägendorf (potential to be present in Bettlach)
Type of Contract: permanent employment
Startdate: in alignment with the candidate’s availability
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
-
Managing Purchasing Requisition (PR) to issue Purchasing Orders (PO) to vendors
-
Initiate and manage RFQ through P2P portal, negotiate prices and payment terms with vendors
-
Establish contract through P2P portal
-
Identify opportunities of catalogue and implement them in P2P portal
-
Set up new vendor in the system and ensure data accuracy for the existing one in partnership with MDO team in Malaysia
-
Collaborate with Finance and Coupa Requestor to ensure that invoices are approved for payment
-
Identify opportunities of Cost Savings and vendor consolidation
-
Ensure that Global Procurement Policy is followed

Train internal customer to Coupa utilization
YOUR BACKGROUND
-
Diploma in Commercial area or technical are
-
3-7 years of experience in related industries
-
First experience in Procurement or understanding a Production site constraints
-
Ability to work remotely
-
Advanced level in MS XLS
-
Good knowledge in other MS office application
-
Experience in regulated industry environment like medical devices would be a plus
-
Language: German and English
