HUGO BOSS Ticino SA, sited in Coldrerio Switzerland, masters the fashion flow for all the Brands of the product groups Shirt & Neckwear, Knitwear, Bodywear & Hosiery, Footwear, Accessories and Licenses.

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to assume a leadership role within our Bodywear & Hosiery Business Unit. This crucial position will be instrumental in upholding our quality standards for Beachwear, Hosiery, and Nightwear, and will be responsible for the following tasks:

What you can expect:

• Lead and manage the Production Management & Quality team, focusing on Beachwear, Nightwear, and Hosiery product categories, Men and Women
• Ensure product quality adheres to company guidelines and targets, following Salesman Samples, Size set and bulk materials;
• Establish quality standards for workmanship in collaboration with Design/Product Development and the global producers network, ensure quality inspection standards are met, provide training and development for vendors, and oversee seasonal quality reporting;
• Contribute to global sourcing, re-development, and product reallocation in line with HUGO BOSS standards;
• Monitor production delivery from suppliers to the warehouse;
• Supervise trim and packaging developments and their evolution;
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (Design, Product Development, Operations) and the external network (HQ and global suppliers).

Your profile:

• Extensive experience in Quality and Production Management within international fashion companies, along with the ability to manage complex relationships with factories and fabric/trim suppliers;
• A background in Pattern Making and a specialization in Textile Engineering will be a plus, as will experience in Beachwear or Hosiery;
• Strong capability to work cross-functionally and build robust relationships between internal departments;
• Exceptional organizational skills and priority-setting abilities; adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously with appropriate timelines and flexibility;
• Proficient negotiation skills;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of PLM systems, Adobe as a plus;
• Availability to travel frequently to the global network and HQ.
