For a dynamic online company we're looking for a junior procurement assistant
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement assistant to support the procurement team in all aspects of purchasing, vendor communication, order management, and data analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Order Execution and Management
- Supplier Communication and Relationship Management
- Inventory and Stock Management
- Administrative Support
- Support in Supplier Sourcing

qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or a similar role,preferably in e-commerce or retail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools (knowledge of procurement software is a plus).
- Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems is highly desirable.
- Comfortable with data management and reporting.
- Fluent in written and spoken Italian and English
