- XRM Installation, repair, maintenance by the instruction by service supervisor
- Provide Application training for customer, assistant acceptance after system installation. Answer customer inquiries via different medias
- Perform special assignments on engineering problems as necessary
- Install and repair components of machinery and equipment
- Manage Customer, maintain ibase information.Technical proposal and implementation support
- English and Chinese language: Be able to: Read Technical procedures, communicate with email, Training, Meeting.
- Computer skills: general hardware trouble shooting, Familiar with windows OS, general network and communication
- Good communication skills: Be able to manage customers both in technical and business.Be able to travel on domestic and international business trip
