Profil der Bewerberin/des Bewerbers

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. Professional certifications (e.g. ACCA, CA) are preferred.
  • Minimum 12 to 15 years of hands-on experience across audit, FP&A and financial reporting in MNC
  • Preferred experience with energy business and financial modelling
  • Knowledge of capital intensive project cost management and accounting
  • Knowledge of internal control principles
  • Good knowledge of IFRS
  • Knowledge of ERP system. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics will be an added advantage
  • Goal-oriented and comfortable working in a dynamic, high pressure and fast-pace environment
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Aktivitäten

This role will work closely with Finance Director of Renewables APAC as a core member of the hub finance team with the following responsibilities.

Accounting and Tax

  • Responsible for the accuracy of the consolidated group monthly reporting to HQs, including variance commentaries.
  • Ensure timely submission of the quarterly Group Consolidated Reporting (CAP)
  • Oversee of Group year-end audit and annual corporate tax submission
  • Review inter-company and intra-group transactions to ensure accounts are booked and reconciled timely
  • Oversee all local regulatory and statutory reporting submission
  • Responsible for day-to-day finance operation matters to support business operations
  • Responsible for Group tax filings and returns (e.g. withholding tax, VAT, annual tax returns etc)
  • Closely work with regional tax manager on tax regulation updates and other tax schedules
  • Closely work with treasury manager for all the payments, inter-co funding and annual financing form
  • Assess the current finance systems and needs, identifying areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline and optimize financial processes.
  • Identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in financial workflows and implement changes to enhance efficiency.
  • Provide practical guidance and training to APAC finance team members on both operational and technical aspects of financial reporting
  • To be the superuser of the BC system and maintain the group COA and financial dimension in BC
  • To back up finance managers during their annual leave or other leaves
  • To maintain/update all inter-company services agreements for inter-co billing

Financial planning and analysis (FP&A)

  • Responsible for monthly consolidated management reporting for APAC in comparison of budget and rolling forecast
  • Review the financial performance target of Solar project and variance analysis on project cost and profit between budget and actual
  • Review and analyze CAPEX and OPEX (actual vs budget) in different departments and countries
  • Analyze financial performance of each country and identify cost drivers
  • Drive annual budget, 5 years Long Term Planning and regular forecasting
  • Review project, budgeting and KPI presentations to management
  • Review and analyze with project teams in different countries and the regional hub for project controlling and variance analysis
  • To provide support to JV finance manager to gather all the information required for JV partner

M&A Support and New market entry

  • Lead the implementation of finance operations with new market entry and M&A migration
  • M&A support (finance and tax due diligence)
