The Sustainable Hospitality Services department is responsible for managing facilities and daily life on campus as well as integrating sustainability into the development of EHL Group's global strategy and activities. The mission of the department is to ensure a healthy and safe campus that provides excellent services, including reception, accommodation for students and external guests, as well as the cleaning of facilities.

The mission of the Head of Housing & Reception is to manage the utilization of EHL's real estate portfolio (apartments and parking spaces), ensure the smooth process of room reservations and allocations for students, staff, and external guests, and guarantee excellent quality of reception and cleanliness for all campus users.
What will you do?
- Anticipate and contribute to EHL’s future housing and parking real estate needs.
- Develop and execute a strategy to optimize the occupancy of vacant beds and rental properties.
- Streamline housing processes to maximize efficiency and revenue (revenue management and lean operations).
- Oversee projects related to rental management.
- Manage the Housing & Reception and Cleaning & Laundry teams, fostering synergies between them and promoting individuals’ and team’s development.
- Monitor and manage tenant information and communications related to reservations to improve experience on campus and ensure loyalty.
- Manage the department’s budget, including reporting, budgeting, and billing.
- Develop, monitor, and update the housing booking software (Starez).
Who you are?
- You are aligned with our leadership principles: transparency, accountability, collaboration, care and experimentation.
- You have CFC or equivalent qualification and Advanced training in hospitality.
- You have 10 years of professional experience with at least 3-5 years in a similar position.
- You are proficient in Starez software and IT tools such as Microsoft Office.
- You have excellent communication skills at all levels of the organization as well as with external partners.
- You have methodical and structured analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information.
- You have a strong sense of responsibility and ability to manage priorities effectively.

- You have the flexibility and the ability to handle pressure well.
- You are fluent in French and at ease in English.
