Where will you be in the organization?
The division
You will join Group Procurement & Sourcing division. Our mission is to increase AXA Group competitiveness by optimizing the end-to-end Procurement cycle of external spend (excluding Insurance procurement), while building a high performance and risk-managed supplier based. We have 2 different mandates a global and entity Procurement one.
Our division is composed of several departments with respective accountabilities:
· Group Procurement Partnerships
· Group Procurement General Expenses & Real Estate
· Group Procurement IT & Security
· Procurement Cesame
· Group Procurement Performance & Transformation
· GO Procurement Operations & Performance
The department / team
You will be part of the team GO Procurement Operations & Performance. This team represents AXA GO as an entity and is in charge for this entity of:
· Leading Operations Procurement for AXA GO
· Defining and implementing procurement policies, processes and tools (incl. S2C, Vendor Risks, Outsourcing, P2P)
· Developing and maintaining the GO Vendor Risk Framework (VRF)
· Defining & coordinating procurement internal controls & audits and remediation if required
· Driving transversal projects (DORA, Solvency 2…)
· Defining and implementing ESG solution
· Defining and tracking AXA GO procurement performance
· Representing AXA GO Procurement in different forums

Job purpose
As GO Procurement Excellence Manager, your main objectives are to:
- Support the development of GO procurement strategy
- Promote & Maintain GO procurement policy
- Ensure smooth and efficient procurement processes for AXA GO Business functions & Group Procurement supported by reliable and connected procurement software & tools
- Define AXA GO data strategy
- Define & Track GO Procurement Performance
- Lead GO projects
- Define & drive GO sustainability agenda
Main missions
Your responsibilities include:
GO procurement strategy & policy
- Define GO procurement strategy & objectives following Group procurement strategy and company’s objectives
- Refine & deploy GO procurement policy based on Group framework
- Ensure regular communication & trainings on procurement strategy & policy if required
GO procurement processes & tools
- Ensure smooth and effective GO user experience in all procurement processes
- Continuously seek to improve, adjust & simplify procurement processes for GO based on stakeholders and business partners requirements and feedbacks
- Stay connected to market & industry practice to continuously drive for procurement best practices via procurement forums and benchmarking
· Define procurement tools strategy for GO in line with Group recommendation
· Implement global & GO procurement tools in line with GO project gating process & forums
· Drive for end-to-end procurement connected tools and work with IT regarding potential interface if required
· Define procurement toolkits ensuring GO procurement teams have access to procurement templates, best practices, market data…
· Seek for innovation and AI driven procurement initiatives leveraging group solutions
GO Data Management & Reporting
· Drive and enforce data strategy for procurement in GO, aligned to Group Procurement data strategy
· Trigger data management best practices in specific areas & deploy on wider scope
· Contribute to structuration of Procurement data model and initiatives to improve data quality
· Define GO procurement performance indicators to report on effectiveness of teams, procurement policies, procedures & ways of working
· Monitor performance & make recommendations for improvements
GO procurement projects
· Lead or coordinate procurement projects for GO as an entity
· Ensure coordination with different stakeholders on these projects
· Volunteer to pilot Group procurement initiatives/studies
GO Sustainability agenda
· Drive the development of GO sustainability strategy in conjunction with Group and drive its enforcement with a specific focus on Carbon & D&I
· Support AXA Digital Sustainability initiatives linked to Sustainable Procurement
· Secure compliance to relevant regulations and operate / monitor implementation of policies & guidelines
· Prepare and animate Responsible Procurement Awareness sessions
Stakeholder management
The position develops and maintains professional working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, especially:
· Group Procurement Teams
· Group & GO IT Teams
· AXA GO business functions
· AXA GO project & transformation teams
· AXA GBS teams

We are looking for someone with the following experience and skills:
Experience
- 10 +years of professional experience required in procurement and/or consulting
- Procurement background is a must
- Experience working in a matrix & international environment.
Technical skills
- Good business acumen
- Project/program management skills
- Knowledge of procurement tools & processes
- Appetence for data & technology and ability to promote them nicely
- Direct & Indirect management skills to deliver projects efficiently
- Able to think strategically and challenge the status quo
- Analytical skills and ability to summarize & communicate on complex topics
- Practical, hands-on approach to deliver concrete results
- English - Fluent in speaking and writing
Soft skills / transversal skills
