About the Role

As we continue to grow and evolve, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Global Digital Data Strategist to lead our Digital Marketing & Ecommerce data strategy and implementation. As a Global Digital Data Strategist, you will be pivotal in shaping the setup, tools, and methodologies for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data. Your expertise will provide data-driven solutions for critical business decisions, enhance our understanding of customer behavior, and improve our digital marketing and sales performance. You will report to the Global Digital Marketing Director and also serve stakeholders in Digital Sales & Global Marketing.

Key Responsibilities include:

Create & own the Data Strategy for collecting, organizing, visualizing, and applying data from different sources to enable the Digital Marketing & Sales strategy

Define, configure, and maintain the data infrastructure to accelerate data analysis and reporting, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and adequacy

Deliver a set of KPIs for regular monitoring of the overall customer engagement, (digital) marketing & e-commerce performance as well as marketing efficiency based on the strategy and the annual goals

Utilize predictive modeling to optimize marketing & e-commerce campaigns in order to increase customer engagement & conversion and drive revenue growth. Develop A/B testing campaign frameworks and assess model quality

Channel data and apply advanced analytics to build insightful and actionable dashboards to communicate key findings, performance metrics, and actionable insights to relevant stakeholders on global, regional & local level

Use data visualization tools to transform complex data into easily understandable visualizations

Ensure full compliance with company policies, legal/regulatory guidelines (e.g. GDPR), and digital governance across platforms

Communicate intensively with the digital community across the globe regarding newest trends in digital data analysis and collaborate closely with the technical development team

About You:

+6 years of hands-on professional experience in digital data management, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics for a commercial division

Relevant degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related fields

Excellent knowledge of data analysis & modelling tools, programming languages, machine learning & AI

Proven track of understanding and using statistical concepts and A/B testing

Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

Familiarity with digital marketing & e-commerce, web analytics, and CRM systems

Strong project management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Full proficiency in English; any other language is a plus
