What you will do

Multimedia Designer will be in charge of creating and managing end-to-end development of multimedia content for various digital products by:

• Handling the multimedia studio’s daily filming operations (in-studio and on-location).
• Handling the end-to-end editing for the various projects.
• Designing and creating high-quality templates support materials (PowerPoint, Articulate Rise, Articulate Storyline, etc.).
• Collaborating with the team to provide innovative on-brand creative directions with an eye for details – using advanced graphic and motion design techniques.
• Creating engaging custom visual assets that can be quickly adapted and re-used for various support materials.
• Managing multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring the deadlines are met and priority shifts are applied when required.
• Working with the team to structure, organize and archive visual assets.

Who you are

• You have a Bachelor’s degree in Design, Multimedia production, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• You have at least 3 years of experience in multimedia content creation, in an agency or as a freelancer.
• You have proven experience working on a wide range of media, brands, styles, and client types, operating filming and recording is essential.
• You have a solid experience with the Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator), Da Vinci is a plus.
• You understand and apply the WCAG AA standards, ensuring accessibility for all users.
• You are proficient in using the MS Office suite, experience with Articulate Storyline or other eLearning software is an advantage.
• You are Solution-driven, creative problem-solving skills and a curiosity for designing various tools and formats.
• You have attention to detail and ability to work independently while respecting tight deadlines.
• You have excellent graphic and motion design skills including layout, typography, the use of color and composition.
• You have a client-oriented approach and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are fluent in French and English.
