Description
Responsibilities
Management:
- Oversee resource allocation and team management.
- Prioritize operational needs.
Client Database Management:
- Open and review accounts (including corporate and trust accounts).
- Update client data and manage regulatory compliance (EAR, FATCA, etc.).
- Handle contractual documentation and account closures.
Client Correspondence and E-Banking:
- Manage e-banking users and access.
- Handle returned mail.
Client Pricing Management:
- Update pricing requests and configure pricing systems.
- Automate fee and revenue allocations.
Helpdesk Management:
- Monitor tickets and update standard requests.
- Develop approval workflows.
Departmental Support:
- Manage safes, quarterly cost accounting files, and supplies.
- Archive closed accounts and handle staff planning.
- Digitize and manage card flows.
- Provide statistical reports to Compliance.
Tool and Process Development:
- Participate in tool and process design and development.
Profile
Profile - Degree in Business, Law, or Management. Training in central file management or Compliance is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in a similar role in a Swiss private bank.
- Team management experience mandatory
- Strong knowledge of banking and fiscal regulations.
- Fluent in French and English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive in tool and process development.
- Resident of Switzerland and available immediately.
