As a Project Manager at Ivy Partners, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the project to achieve the set objectives in terms of time, cost, and quality, ensuring an economical and sustainable use of resources.
• Maintaining rigorous reporting standards to provide comprehensive, timely, and contextual information for project management to enable effective decision-making.
• Managing stakeholder engagement and ensuring the participation of all concerned parties.
• Overseeing quality and risk management processes.
• Involving regulatory and specification bodies early to meet their legitimate requirements.
• Adhering to established project policies, guidelines, and methods, including the use of HERMES and other tools, particularly in agile project management.

Profile:

• Experienced in conducting procurements in accordance with specifications and in collaboration with procurement offices.
• Competent in initiating projects, including feasibility analysis, budget management, and risk assessment.
• Capable of leading a project team, establishing a project organization, and dividing projects into manageable sub-projects.
• Proficient in designing project marketing and communication strategies, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and implementing quality assurance measures.
• Expert in monitoring project performance through key indicators, managing deviations, and documenting project outcomes and learnings.
• Active in designing professional and technical solutions within projects.
• You are HERMES or TOGAF certified.
• Fluency in english required, french or german is a plus.
