Candidates will ideally be based in proximity to our Boston (US) or Rolle (CH) headquarters, but exceptionally qualified candidates can be considered on a remote basis across EU5.

Your mission:
As a Global Campaign Manager within our Global Demand Generation Team your main responsibility is to create, own, and implement campaigns and marketing tactics as part of awareness campaigns, targeted account-based marketing or product launch campaigns for all marketing activities assigned to create a pipeline.
The value you bring:
- Establishes a unified strategy for campaigns on a global basis, and collaborates closely with field marketing to localise for each region.
- Drive the go-to-market strategy for the assigned business and actively creates and monitors multi-channel campaigns.
- Works closely with field marketing, content writers, creative design and digital marketing experts to ensure that campaign tactics match market segment needs (e.g. compelling email / content / social media marketing (blogs / webinars)).
- Collaborates with third party vendors necessary to ensure comprehensive coverage across relevant channels and targeted audiences.
- Frequently interacts with Sales and Product Management to ensure continuous alignment with business strategy, establishing pertinent marketing tactics that empower Sales teams to meet their targets, and delivering campaigns in a timely manner.
- Tracks agreed KPI's to measure ROI of commercial marketing campaigns. This includes creating performance dashboards with user engagement metrics across channels and orchestrating the communication of outcomes to Sales, Product Management up to the ET.
- Builds, maintains, and analyzes digital advertising campaigns to ensure the content is reaching the right audiences within budget and timeline.
Requirements
We know that every background is different, but to be best set for success we see you bringing:
- 5 + years of integrated marketing experience in a healthcare, Lifescience of Biotech organisation (Diagnostics, Genomics or similar Clinical environment highly sought)
- Idea: Experience working globally. Minimum: Regional (North America / EMEA) level. Country-level experience will be less valid.
- Direct exposure feeding top-of-funnel activity and driving demand generation is critical.
- Experience with defining marketing strategy and creating marketing campaigns and marketing plans required.
- Extensive mastery of email marketing and marketing automation tools (Pardot preferred), Google Analytics, Google Ads, CRM platforms (especially Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, and project management platforms.

As an international organisation, English is our primary business language and you will need to bring full fluency in English.
