Swiss Life Asset Managers manages CHF 280bn and is among Switzerland’s top three institutional asset managers. Its infrastructure equity investment team is managing over CHF 10bn on behalf of Swiss Life and external clients. Infrastructure Equity is one of the fastest growing asset classes in Asset Management with a strong ESG related aspect. Our product specialist team is the centre of competence for all investor related requests. We develop and manage fundraising campaigns for our products and investment solutions, organise events, develop and publish relevant content, and address various inquiries from investors. We are integrated into the Infrastructure Equity team and work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams as well as with investors directly.

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Junior Investment Controller to strengthen the team.

Responsibilities

• Coordination of reporting process and the collection of supporting data with different teams
• Preparation of performance data of individual investments and fund and quarterly presentation for various stakeholders (internal and external)
• Monitoring of Fund Investments
• Support on forecasting and budgeting Process
• Coordination of regulatory reporting
• Support efforts for further data reporting data integration and digitalization

Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or comparable education. Accounting qualification is a plus
• At least 1-3 years of experience in private markets fund/investment controlling 
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English. German is a plus
• Excellent skills in Excel and Power Point
• Numerate, thorough, very reliable
