Infrastructure Delivery & Assurance Lead (f/m/d)


The Infrastructure Delivery and Assurance Lead is tasked with the pivotal role of managing and enhancing the partnership with our key infrastructure service provider. This individual is charged with the ownership of this critical relationship, steering a team of timezone leads who act as liaisons with our four distinct business units. In addition, the role is instrumental in propelling automation initiatives and advancing the monitoring of end-user experience within the infrastructure department. Furthermore, the lead will guide a dedicated team of Operational vendor management professionals who provide essential support to our IT product group owners.

Your responsibilities

  • You manage the strategic partnership with the infrastructure service provider

  • You ensure vendor performance aligns with operational standards and strategic objectives

  • You maintain the integrity and efficiency of infrastructure services to support organizational success

  • You lead and support a team of timezone leads who interface with the company's four business units

  • You drive automation initiatives within the infrastructure department

  • You enhance end-user experience monitoring to ensure optimal service delivery

  • You guide the Operational vendor management team in supporting product group owners

Your background

  • More than 10 years of experience in IT Operations, Service Delivery or IT Transition and Transformation Projects

  • Valid work visa for Switzerland

  • High level knowledge of a broad variety of infrastructure services e.g., Network, EUC, Cloud, Hosting as well as extensive contract management experience

  • A collaborative, solution-oriented approach and strong communication skills

  • Previous experience of working within an Outsourcing Provider

  • Track record of service continuous improvement
