This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in communications, including branding, events, and administrative tasks. As a trainee, you will assist with various aspects of internal and external communications, contributing to the success of our team’s initiatives and campaigns.
Job purpose:
Administrative Support
- Manage schedules, contact lists, and departmental communications.
- Maintain records and assist in preparing reports and presentations.
- Respond to routine inquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
Event Coordination
- Help plan and execute events, including logistical support, vendor coordination, and post-event reporting.
- Draft event communication materials, such as invitations and programs.
- Attend events to provide on-site support as needed.Commercial Understanding
If you have/are:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous internship or volunteer experience in communications, branding, or event management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Eager to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Creative thinker with a proactive attitude.
- Fluent in English and French preferred
