We are currently hiring for them a Commercial planning Executive
This role is primarily designed to enhance the synergy between Com.Ops & Marketing and Digital, fostering seamless and efficient collaboration. It acts as a catalyst in the commercial planning cycle process, requiring a comprehensive understanding of products and sales channels, and the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
The ultimate aspiration is to contribute significantly towards crafting a clear brief for all frontliners of the affiliate. This includes ensuring project success, meeting the Com.Ops KPIs, and realizing the objectives of the affiliate project. This role is instrumental in driving the success of our affiliate projects and achieving our strategic goals.
Accountability 1
Communication and Collaboration: Act as SPOC (primary contact person) for Marketing & Digital, Legal, EA and all Commercial Operation business units. Points of contacts are HOF-1 and HOF-2. Provide Marketing & Digital with clear expectation from Com.Ops: all requirements for successfull deployments. This includes acting as a project supervisor between Marketing & Digital, Legal, EA and Com.Ops stakeholders. Ensuring that every Com.Ops BU's comment or needs have been considered by Project Owners. It also includes ensuring strict project timing (e.g., Last deployment point, not later than launch. BU's timings respected), ensuring that each project is mapped in both a Kanban chart & Gantt Chart. It must be available to all members of the affiliate at all times. This role must ensure that projects are successful and contribute to the affiliate KPI.
Accountability 2
Strategic Planning: Organize and lead the monthly forum 'Commercial Cycle Meeting' to build a unified long-term plan while contributing to the decision-making process. Stakeholders will range from HOF-2 to HOF of most BU of the affiliate. This to ensure that stakeholders have regular updates on the status of development & deployment, and that updates & decisions are shared during the Commercial Cycle Meeting by Project Owners.

Output: A key deliverable of this role is to provide our all commercial teams with comprehensive yet concise briefs. By adopting a consumer-focused approach and an agile mindset, you will continually enhance the quality of these briefs.

Project Success: Ensures proper execution of briefs and project success on the field.Taking action with Com.Ops HOF-1 if required to course correct. Expected to spend 2 days a month on the field. Achieving project's KPI is part of the overall KPI of the position.

Knowledge Management: Manage the Com.Ops project's database in sharepoint & Manage the frontend deployment in PowerBi
Your profile
- Previous experience in Sales Function at PMCH or FMGC
- Proven experience in successful project implementation as a project manager
- Previous experience working cross-functionally
- Detailed-oriented
- Knowledge of FMCG's field force, Direct Retail, Customer Care & Key Accounts
- Stakeholder management
- Project Management: PMP is an asset
- Sharepoint front end + Back End
- PowerBi for Front End visualisation
- Presentation skills
- Challenge statu-quo
- English is mandatory
- German/French speaking a plus
