Key responsibilities and activities:
- Responsible for specific initiatives within the indirect group purchasing scope which consists of globalizing & optimizing the supplier panel & products across all production & legal entities
- Support the Purchasing Organization to meet goals and objectives to the overall BOBST strategy
- Act as a focal point and partner with key stakeholders
- Support the implementation of the Group Purchasing Policy including the P2P process
- Contribute to achieve the targets in terms of costs savings delivery, costs avoidance, compliance, sustainability.
- Provide support to the GCL's and lead some specific sourcing initiatives and implement the defined strategy across the group:
- Conduct RFP & negotiations with suppliers.
- Provide support to build business case & recommendation for supplier awarding.
- Ensure deployment of the assigned initiatives.
- Support the GCL's to put in place the global intranet to enhance indirect purchasing best practices
