• As a member of the Corporate Communication team, create and execute autonomously comprehensive corporate communication plans and concepts that reflect the company's goals and communication strategy and meet stakeholders' expectations
• Write, edit, and distribute communication materials and produce multimedia and editorial content for our various channels
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure consistent and effective communications across the organization
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of corporate communication strategies and initiatives
• Contribute to cross-functional communication activities where several communication capabilities come together to deliver a project, either as a team member or project owner
• Take part in the organisation of internal events, such as town halls, and other employee engagement activities
• Crisis Communication: contribute to the department's crisis communication efforts to draft communications and manage channels during emergencies

• Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing or a related field
• 2-3 years of professional experience in corporate communications
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, content management systems, and digital communication tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a plus
• Strong organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively and autonomously
• Team player with open, positive, can-do and customer-oriented attitude
• Preferably some knowledge of and interest in aviation
• Fluent in German or French and in English, written and spoken
