Your tasks

• IT Coordination activities for insourced and outsourced for the site and production environment;
• First & second level support for insourced infrastructure and end-users;
• Provide and coordinate technical support for internal and external applications;
• Collaboration with external IT providers to ensure the smooth operation and support of both insourced and outsourced ICT infrastructure and applications;
• First & second level support for insourced infrastructure and end-users.

Your profile

• 5 years IT Support and/or IT Coordination minimum;
• IT Technician Advanced Diploma or Higher Education and/or successful track record in IT Support Operations and Applications;
• Knowledge on Microsoft Windows Server Administration - in managing and configuring Microsoft Windows Server environments;
• Knowledge on Server Virtualization technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, or similar platforms, is a an advantage;
• Cloud Technologies and Integration – Knowledge of cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure or AWS, particularly in hybrid environments, for application hosting, backups, and scalability;
• Fluency in Italian and English.
