The company develops and industrialises hydrogenation, nitration and energy materials plants for international customers and commissions them on client premises. After a thorough induction into the company, you will take on sub-projects in the first few years, acquiring the necessary skills to realise client projects as an overall project manager – from defining the project scope to commissioning on client premises. You will build long-term, stable client relationships and contribute internally to the further development of the technology. Our client offers you an appreciative, unbureaucratic working environment with mutual support and flat hierarchies.
Your duties
- First contact for clients
- Evaluation of requirements and technical design of the equipment to be supplied
- Specification of the various elements of the technical system
- Close collaboration with the industrial designers
- Creation of the technical documents
- Procurement logistics and monitoring of production by European partners
- Installation, testing and commissioning of the systems on client premises
- Training customers and ensuring technical customer service
Your profile
- Engineering degree from a university of applied sciences or a university with a major in mechanical/plant engineering
- Specialist knowledge in hydraulics, thermals and/or chemistry
- Passion for plant engineering in the chemical industry
- Experience in the implementation and management of projects with a volume of several million swiss francs
- Intercultural skills and willingness to travel
- Communicative personality with good language skills (German and English)
- Ability to work independently
