Mission:
In the Support team, our mission is to provide exceptional assistance and solutions to our clients, ensuring their satisfaction with our product. We strive to cultivate strong relationships, understand their needs thoroughly, and deliver timely, effective support that exceeds expectations.
Your role:
- Be the first point of contact between Support and the client, mostly by email or instant messaging tools.
- Respond to customer inquiries, investigate issues, and find solutions.
- Monitor systems daily, coordinate repairs, and perform remote inspections, configuration changes, and maintenance.
- Coordinate problem tracking and resolution across multiple disciplines of hardware, networking, application, and system software with the support of the L2 team.
Your experience:
- Sound practical experience in an ITIL / ITSM environment.
- Working knowledge of Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Administration of Ticketing/Monitoring tools.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex systems consisting of hardware and software.
- Fluency in English.
- Additional plus:
- Working knowledge of Linux and basic terminal commands.
- Experience with setup and debugging of network equipment.
- Usage of Jira and Confluence.
