The EHL Undergraduate School department are looking to complete the team for a candidate who is not only skilled and passionate about hospitality but also aligns with our leadership principles as: transparency, accountability, collaboration, care, and experimentation.
What you will do
- Planning, organizing and delivering course lessons in collaboration with other faculty involved and in line with our TEMPO principles.
- Updating, creating and/or adjusting teaching material in line with other faculty and with our teaching requirements.
- Creating and/or updating graded exams – mid-terms, finals, retakes, remediations, and grading them, respecting a strict alignment across campuses, sections and classes.
- Providing all the necessary feedback to students on their work, as well as to faculty and staff involved, and especially, writing responses to comments from exam consultations.
- Ensuring the overall quality of teaching delivery through the proper use of our teaching-related platforms and via the collaboration with other faculty.
- Collaborating with the Bachelor management and team as well as other EHL teams whenever necessary in consideration of our teaching quality requirements.
Who you are
- You have a Master’s Degree (minimum) in the field of computational thinking or equivalent topics relating to quantitative and numerical – logical domains of business.
- You have minimum 3 years’ experience teaching at higher education level, ideally, previous experience in teaching computational thinking or an equivalent course (at any level).
- You are a team player who maintains positive relationships with all stakeholders : you are Accountable, Collaborative and Caring while being Transparent in your communication.
- You have expertise in the subject area and want to share it with students, since you have a passion to make students grow and develop personally and professionally.
- You are native in English and French preferably.
