In order to strengthen our Export Europe & Africa Sales Force to support the developments of our Perfume Business Unit based in Neuchâtel, we are recruiting a talented:
Reporting to the Export & E-Business Sales Perfumes Senior Manager, you are responsible for commercial and marketing activities within European and African domestic markets (excluding Affiliates). You are fully accountable for driving the business with distributor partners in your area and for ensuring the highest level of profitability as well as the luxury positioning of Bulgari Perfumes.
Accountabilites
In close collaboration with our local partners, you proactively drive them on all the aspects linked to the strategic and commercial business development of Bulgari Parfums in the markets (including -but not limited to- sales and marketing, assortment management, forecasts, A&P budgets) to ensure Bulgari excellence of execution is delivered at POS.
You drive the sell-out performance at local level through monitoring market activities, and assess the distribution compliance with Bulgari guidelines. You enhance our performance and execution by reporting the sales analysis, marketing plans review and sharing best practices.
Leading direct negotiation at retail level for strategic projects, you support actively the distributors for key projects and new business opportunities.
You manage your clients and area P&L with a clear objective to improve Operating Profit and Contribution Margin.
In this role, you also establish yearly and long-term business plans for your territories of competency (sell-out projections, action plan, P&L, distribution network and structure optimization) leveraging on local specificities and dynamics, but always in full consistency with the company’s strategy and DNA.
Responsible to manage the business relationships, you develop and maintain strong relationships with all local key stakeholders (distributor’s ownership/management, retail partners, Media/PR community, JWA DOS & Franchisee).
You maximize the collaboration with Sales Marketing and Trade Marketing teams and create synergies with Travel Retail channel to ensure efficiency, impact and brand visibility.
Finally, you engage and motivate efficient teams around your projects at both corporate and distributors’ levels.
Profile
You have at least 5 years of international sales experience preferably with a strong background within the fragrance or luxury industry.
With a Degree in Business studies, Economics or equivalent education, you have confirmed negotiation skills and a proven successful track-record in sales and business strategic planning and execution. With good knowledge of P&L management and profit optimization, you are excellent in the utilization of IT reporting tools and perfectly fluent in French and English. Any other language is an advantage.
