The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of experience designing, implementing, and managing complex network and database solutions, with a proven track record of delivering at least one significant project leveraging both skill sets.

Description
Network Architecture & Management: Design, implement, and optimize scalable and secure network infrastructures to support organizational goals.Oracle Database Administration: Manage, maintain, and optimize Oracle databases to ensure high availability, performance, and security.Project Leadership: Lead and deliver at least one major project involving network and Oracle database integration, showcasing advanced expertise.Performance Optimization: Analyze and resolve performance bottlenecks in both network and database systems.Security & Compliance: Implement robust security measures for both network and database environments, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align network and database solutions with broader organizational objectives.Troubleshooting & Support: Provide expert-level support to resolve complex network and database issues.Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed documentation of network and database architectures, configurations, and processes.Continuous Improvement: Stay up to date with the latest advancements in networking and Oracle database technologies, integrating them into organizational practices.Profile
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 10 years of global experience in network engineering and Oracle database administration.
- Proven expertise in delivering at least one significant project involving both networks and Oracle databases.
- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, firewalls, VPNs, and enterprise networking solutions.
- Strong experience with Oracle database architecture, PL/SQL, performance tuning, backup/recovery, and high-availability configurations.
- Familiarity with tools like Oracle Enterprise Manager, Data Guard, and RAC.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications such as Oracle Database Administrator (OCP/OCM) and networking certifications (CCNP, CISSP, or equivalent).
- Experience with hybrid cloud environments and database migrations.
- Experience with automation tools for network and database management.
