This is a unique 18-month experience where we offer you a permanent position along with a specific programme with rotations in different teams to build your expertise and professional skills. Based on a permanent contract, our graduate programme includes on- and off-the-job components, placing the emphasis on teamwork, strengthening your skillset, furthering your development and setting specific objectives.

Pictet Alternative Advisors (PAA) is a leading alternative investment group and a wholly owned subsidiary of Pictet with expertise in hedge funds, private equity, real estate and private debt. With teams based globally, PAA constructs, manages and advises portfolios of alternative investment solutions for institutional and private clients.
Pictet has high growth ambitions for PAA for the coming years, notably to expand its product and solution offering as well as further develop its institutional and intermediary client base. In view of these developments, PAA is looking to hire a Graduate to join the Direct Real Estate team in London comprising high-achieving investment professionals.
You will be joining a dynamic and growing investment team and will support the global efforts to identify, analyse and recommend investments both through funds and direct co-investments.
Your role
- Support in the Real Estate acquisition process: assist in sourcing new investment opportunities, help review financial models and investment analyses, contribute to the preparation of documents required for internal approvals, aid in gathering information for due diligence (commercial, technical, legal, tax), assist in communication with stakeholders to agree on terms.
- Assistance in asset and portfolio management: help manage a diversified portfolio of real estate investments across Europe. Collaborate with operating partners to support investment performance.
- Support for disposal and refinancing processes: assist in coordinating with operating partners, brokers, and lenders during asset disposals, participate in evaluating the performance impact of sales and refinancings.
- Contribution to the fundraising process: help prepare materials and presentations on existing and pipeline investments, conduct research to support fundraising initiatives.
Your profile
- University degree in a relevant field such as finance, engineering, economics, or data science from a top-tier university.
- A maximum of two years’ work/internship experience in the Real Estate industry, M&A, Consulting, Transaction Services, or a related field.
- Proven solid modelling skills and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with leveraging AI tools.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to deliver a short and convincing pitch.
- Proactive and results-oriented with a proven ability to manage priorities, solve problems, come up with innovative solutions, and attention to detail.
- Drive, positive energy, and a team player.
- Excellent command of English required; French and/or other European languages would be highly valued.
- Willingness to earn a Financial Certification such as CAIA.
- Must be resident in London or willing to relocate.
