Process Analytics, as a business unit within the METTLER TOLEDO Group, is a leading provider of analytical measurement systems in the fields of pH, O2, CO2, conductivity, and turbidity measurement for the control of production processes. Our high-quality products are developed and manufactured at our Urdorf location and are distributed worldwide through our own Mettler-Toledo market organizations.To strengthen our Product Management team, we are looking for a motivated Product Manager Process Analytics biotechnology 100% (all genders)In this role, your responsibilities would include:You develop market requirements, identify customer needs, define the product vision and portfolio strategy, and are responsible for the positioning of the products.You ensure continuous product development and innovation of the comprehensive O2, CO2, and cell characterization sensor portfolio. You define the use cases and value propositions for new products.You create the specifications for new products and work closely with the Research & Development department to determine technical specifications and manage commercial projects.You plan and implement global product launches.You are responsible for the maintenance and development of the assigned portfolio: phase-in/phase-out, growth, and quality, as well as market communication of corresponding changes.You develop creative marketing and sales materials for product launches and the promotion of existing products in collaboration with the marketing department.You support sales representatives in local subsidiaries with new product introductions, training, events, and customer training.
