Under the regional label "natürli“ refines, distributes and markets the natürli zürioberland ag has selected cheese specialties from regional small dairies for over 30 years, which mature in our cheese cellars and develop their unique aroma there. We produce high-quality dairy products in our own dairy in Saland im Tösstal. The natürli Our products are available at numerous regional and national retailers, wholesalers, and in our 19 cheese humidors. With more than 100 employees in our cheese humidors and approximately 80 at our Saland location, we are an important employer and economic factor in the Zurich Oberland region.
Mostly remote in the home office and on the road in our branches, we are looking for a very independent and travel-oriented
HR Administration and Recruitment (f/m/d)
The following tasks await you:
- Remote and on the go:
- Close cooperation and coordination for and with the decentralized HR department manager (Cheese Humidors/Retail)
- Joint responsibility in the area of retail recruitment, creating and placing advertisements, conducting interviews on-site at the sales outlets
- Responsibility for vocational training in retail trade in Switzerland from AZ in cooperation with the practical trainers
- Preparation of employment contracts and employment references
- Processing of accident and illness reports
- Time recording, absence and vacation control
- Organization and administration of the natürli academy humidore
- Saland location (1-2x per month):
- Maintenance and administration of the central storage of personnel documents
- General administrative HR tasks
You bring that with you:
- Basic training in the commercial sector or retail trade EFZ, further training in HR or training as an HR assistant
- 2-3 years of practical experience in HR administration and recruitment is mandatory, ideally from an SME environment or retail
- Organizational talent as well as a very independent and efficient way of working
- Service-oriented personality with independent problem-solving skills
- High affinity for IT applications (office programs, time recording systems, etc.)
- Confident written and oral expression in German
