Zu Ihren Hauptaufgaben gehört die gesamte Personaladministration (vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt, Kontakt mit externen Stellen usw.) wie auch die Vorbereitung für die Lohnbuchhaltung und das Führen von diversen Statistiken und das Erstellen von Reporting. Außerdem wirken Sie in diversen HR-Projekten mit und betreuen die Lernenden in der Abteilung.
Wir suchen eine Person mit einer abgeschlossenen kaufmännischen Ausbildung sowie einer zusätzlichen Weiterbildung als Sachbearbeiter/in HR, welche mindestens 3 – 4 Jahre Berufserfahrung in diesem Bereich mitbringt. Auch sollte Ihnen die Personaladministration Freude bereiten und Sozialversicherungsfragen können von Ihnen kompetent beantwortet werden. Eine selbstständige und exakte Arbeitsweise sowie ein hohes Maß an Diskretion setzen wir für diese Stelle voraus.
