In short
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Demand Planner based in Zurich or working remotely, for a temporary assignment until the end of 2025. In this role, you will be responsible for demand forecasting, consolidating regional demand signals, and analysing and translating findings into risks and opportunities. You will identify optimisation opportunities across the supply chain and drive initiatives to improve our demand-supply match in EMEA.

Your Mission

Create accurate demand plans that lead to a solid Demand & Supply Match

Consolidate regional demand forecasts at multiple levels of aggregation

Support annual and seasonal business planning/monthly rolling forecasting processes by driving volume and value forecasting

Review historical sales trends, research demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop statistical forecast models, and evaluate forecast results

Utilise a collaborative and consensus approach by working with sales, marketing, and finance to ensure current and accurate information is used for demand forecasts

Provide input to the Supply Planning team in developing inventory strategies for existing items, new products, and product phase-outs

Coordinate and communicate customer action plans with Sales & Operations and Supply Planning teams

Engage continuously with stakeholders to ensure alignment in lead times, inventory days, liquidation plans, and inventory aging
