Your tasks

• Design, deploy, optimize, and manage Microsoft 365 solutions and services ensuring security, scalability, and compliance.
• Implement security best practices, manage identity and access policies, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Lead or assist in migrations (on-prem to cloud, tenant-to-tenant), and ensure seamless transitions.
• Define and enforce governance policies for Microsoft 365 usage.
• Address security threats and respond to incidents within the Microsoft 365 environment

Your profile

• Higher education completed, preferably in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and on-prem Active Directory, with international work experience as a plus.
• Microsoft 365 certified: Administrator expert.
• Strong experience with Entra ID and M365 services and apps; PowerShell scripting for automation; compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001); security tools like Microsoft Defender and Purview; hybrid deployments (on-prem AD + Azure AD).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills; ability to work independently and in teams, manage multiple projects, and maintain a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
• English fluent (oral and written), French or German would be a plus.
