YOUR TASKS:
As part of its strategy to strengthen its Corporate Finance platform, Kepler’s Corporate Finance team is seeking ambitious and entrepreneurial-driven young professionals who are keen to join a leading financial player with a set-up across several different business lines.
As a member of the Corporate Finance team, you will participate in all aspects of the origination and execution of transactions:
- Research and analyze company and industry data
- Prepare lists of potential targets and opportunities
- Perform financial modelling and company valuations
- Draft client presentations and transaction materials
- Assist in the execution of deals
YOUR PROFILE & SKILLS:
The successful candidate should meet the following requirements:
- Studying towards a master's degree at an international leading school or university, ideally in finance or economics ;
Fluent in English and French; any other language is a plus ;
- Highly motivated, high degree of professionalism as well as strong drive and commitment ;
- Dynamic and enthusiastic team player willing to work within a small, entrepreneurial team ;
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint skills are mandatory; capacity in financial modelling is a strong asset ;
- Previous uses of CapitalIQ, Bloomberg, Factset or others financial tools are appreciated ;
- Strong analytical and numerical skills ;
- Previous internship in relevant connected fields (investment banking, audit, strategy consulting) would be appreciated, but is not a prerequisite.
RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
Between 2 and 3 rounds of interviews: both fit and technical questions.
