The Career Center departement supports students and alumni in achieving their professional goals by providing personalized career guidance and resources. It facilitates connections with top industry employers through internships, job opportunities, and networking events. The center also organizes workshops and career fairs to enhance employability and industry readiness. By fostering strong relationships with global partners, it ensures access to exclusive opportunities in the hospitality and service sectors.

As a Career Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting and guiding the success of our Bachelor students. You will be the main point of contact, offering personalized career advice, dynamic training workshops, and strategic support for managing their academic and professional journey.
What will you do?
- You will provide career coaching to help students with job market preparation, including CV writing, interview skills, and career strategies.
- You will organize and lead workshops, ensuring continuous improvement and relevance.
- You will guide students in career planning, academic choices, and further studies.
- You will assist in coordinating key student programs and events, ensuring smooth execution.
Who you are?
- You hold a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in either Career guidance, professional advice and support, or career management.
- You have a career coaching training or equivalent recognized training.
- You have significant experience in career counseling or student development, with at least 5 years of experience.
- You have proven skills in providing career advice and leading training sessions.
- You have an excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with a diverse student population.
- You have deep knowledge of the professional world, with extensive experience in the industry and a strong understanding of the job market.
- You have expertise in designing workshops and evaluating their impact.
- You are a collaborative team player.
- You are fluent in French and English, both written and spoken other language is a plus.
