Based in Geneva (HQ) and Singapore, operating in more than 30 countries, PSiDEO provides a wide range of premium outsourced IT services to global customers, as well as the technical expertise and reliability of a software publisher. Our activities are:
- Delivering IT as a Service by providing packaged services that include hardware, software and IT services at a fixed price per service per month: NGIT-Managed Services ;
- Managing IT infrastructures: Adaptive Outsourcing: Audit, consulting, design, implementation, maintenance, training, strategic outsourcing of IT operations (including IT department management roles);
- Software development, among which our leading product B-Com Community and Event Management platform .
To join our IT infrastructure management team, we are looking for one:
passionate about IT technologies and their use, always eager to learn and evolve and stimulated by a demanding environment. She/he will aim to reach excellence to provide high quality services to users.
Mission
Delivering first and second level IT support:
- Qualification and resolution of incidents
- Service requests management in relation with international customers
- Frequent interactions with users by phone, email and instant messaging
- Support in the introduction of new technologies and systems
- Train users of new hardware and software applications
And working with our infrastructure engineering team:
- Management of sophisticated Windows infrastructures
- Management of the deployment of OS and applications (leveraging NGIT Endpoint Management platform based on MS Endpoint Configuration Manager and PSiDEO software)
- Implementation of various IT solutionsrelated to infrastructureand / orcustomers’ business applications based on various technologies (skills development projects)
Profile and skills
- HES or Bachelor degree or Apprenticeship in Computer Science, Communication Systems, Telecommunication
- Previous experience in IT support
- As much experience as possible in technical domains you'll work on (see above)
- Users and solutions oriented
- Ability to communicate in both technical and non-technical ways with clients and colleagues
- Perfect command of French and English: spoken and written, technical and common
- Structured and synthetic approach
- Willingness to constantly learn and progress
- Rigorous, flexible, stress resistant, autonomous and passionate about computer science technologies
- Swiss or European nationality, B, C, G work permit
