Our Banking and Finance Group comprises more than 20 qualified Swiss lawyers with an in-depth understanding of the regulatory environment of all types of financial institutions and the domestic and international financial markets.
We act regularly on behalf of Swiss and foreign banks and other financial institutions, such as investment firms, insurance companies, fund management companies and asset managers, across a broad range of regulatory matters and we advise clients on a broad range of finance transactions.

This position is based in our Geneva office.
We are looking for candidates to meet the following requirements and skills:
You will have a solid background in finance transactions with the ambition to work on a variety of transactions.
We are looking for associates who are able to think outside the box to create bespoke solutions to meet our clients' business objectives.
In short you bring:
- Several years of experience in finance transactions ideally gained within a large international law firm;
- Qualification as an English solicitor or in another law jurisdiction in Europe;
- The ability to deliver a first-rate service to our clients that exceeds their expectations;
- Awareness and understanding of the teamwork ethic that is an inherent part of being able to deliver first class client service;
- Commitment, team spirit and communication skills are required qualities to progress in a stimulating environment.
- Excellent academic qualifications and references.
