The Business Unit Printing & Converting (BUPC) is looking for a Data Analyst.
Your main mission will be to translate data into valuable information and actionable recommendations for the business. This global position will be a key enabler for the BU in the achievement of our 2025 profitability.
You will be a key member of the BUPC Finance team with the role to manage and enhance our reporting capabilities while working closely with the Data Engineering team. This role involves gathering business requirements, developing insightful reports, and ensuring data accuracy and consistency across various dashboards. The ideal candidate will be proficient in analytics tools and have a deep understanding of business needs.
The BU Printing & Converting includes 11 Manufacturing sites in a context of a new ERP harmonization across all entities, and covers the following main streams Finance & Controlling, Operations, Sales & Marketing, R&D.
- Report Development:
- Design, develop, reports and dashboards
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Translate complex data into actionable insights for business stakeholders.
- Work closely with business teams to understand reporting requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Plan data source acquisition ahead with data engineers to deliver reports in a timely manner
- Propose and maintain UX / UI best practices
- Continuous Improvement & Documentation:
- Document reporting processes, methodologies, and data definitions.
- Recommend improvements to reporting tools and workflows to enhance efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in analytics and visualization.
- Data Quality & Validation:
- Identify and escalate data inconsistencies or anomalies to the data engineering team.
- Support the Finance team’s evolution from basic reporting to new state of the art business intelligence tools
- Accompany users to change
- Process changes and corrective maintenance
- Support IT Data & Analytics operating model
- Create Data Analytics key users’ community within the BU
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Tableau® (certification), Power BI, and Excel.
- Knowledge of SAP HANA, Anaplan / OneStream is a plus
- Experience working with large datasets and data warehouses.

- Excellent level of English (French is a plus)
