Your mission

• Develop the Supplier Quality Requirements and ensuring robust supplier quality processes through collaboration with engineering, operations and supply chain.
• Monitor and report the Supplier Quality Costs and define mitigation actions for cost savings
• Support Supplier selections, evaluations and ratings together with the Supply Chain Management
• Act as main interface for Engineering, Operations and Procurement for all supplier quality topics.
• Supervise and direct Supplier Qualification for all relevant quality aspects
• Execute Supplier Quality Program in accordance with Project Milestones
• Support the conversion of Customer Critical to Quality Requirements into supplier specifications and requirements
• Lead the process for Non-Conformance Management incl. Root Cause Analysis and investigation activities at suppliers
• Be prepared to travel around 30% of the time.

Your story

Mandatory:

• BSc, MSc or comparable degrees in mechanical engineering or similar fields
• Ability to quickly understand and analyze technical products/systems and their function
• Relevant experience in the field of (Supplier) Quality Management, Continuous Improvement and Change Management.
• Knowledge of standards such as ISO9001, EN9100, ECSS, NASA and MIL
• Experience in the application of Quality methodology (8D, 5Why, Ishikawa Fishbone…)
• English language skills on a fluent level

Nice to have:

• German and/or French language is a plus
• Experience in Space Business
• SAP-Experience
