Job Title: EUC Solution Architect

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand their needs and propose hybrid modern workplace solutions.
• Design solutions using Windows, SCCM/Intune, Microsoft 365, ensuring compatibility and integration with existing systems.
• Lead and manage the delivery of modern workplace projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction.
• Provide technical guidance, documentation, and mentoring to other team members.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in modern workplace technologies and solutions.

Required Skills:

• At least 10 years of experience in IT solution architecture, with a focus on endpoint management and hybrid workplace topics.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Expertise in Windows 10-11, SCCM, Intune MDM MAM, Microsoft 365, Exchange, Entra, and PowerShell.
• Experience in designing and implementing solutions for collaboration, communication, productivity, security, and mobility.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Certifications in Windows, Intune, Microsoft 365, Exchange, or SCCM are preferred.
• Ability to work in a global and diverse environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, including a mix of projects and BAU.
• Fluent English.
