The Strategic Project department is in charge of driving the definition & implementation of the EHL group strategy. It notably supports the coordination of key transversal initiatives across the various segments and functions of the group to ensure efficient & effective deployment of the strategy.

The mission of the Digital Project Manager is to play a pivotal role in coordinating various strategic initiatives to drive effective digital transformation within the institution. The Digital Project Manager will ensure alignment and collaboration across multiple departments on several projects related to Digital Learning Products, Digital Experience and Digital Tools.
What will you do?
- Coordinate between Digital Learning Products, Digital Experience, and Digital Tools teams, ensuring alignment on goals and projects.
- Collaborate with department heads to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance the digital ecosystem of the institution.
- Analyze digital metrics, performance indicators, and user data to guide decision-making and ensure continuous improvement in digital processes.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, adhering to timelines and budgets.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across departments, gathering input and feedback to inform project direction.
- Track project progress and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure projects success.
- Act as a trusted digital advisor to the CEO and executive leadership, offering insights and recommendations to improve digital capabilities and business outcomes.
Who you are?
- You have Master’s degree in digital Transformation, Information Technology, Management or a related field.
- You have 15 years of professional experience with at least 10 years in an educational institution.
- You have Project Management skills, PMP certificate is a plus.
- You are experienced in digital learning – LMS.
- You have excellent data analysis and management skills.
- You have experience in budget management.
- You adapt quickly and you are solution oriented.
- You are proactive and collaborative.
- You are proven to have good leadership and a developed strategic thinking.
- You are fluent in French and English (C2).
