We are looking for a Deputy Manager for our new Boutique in Zürich.
As a Deputy Manager, you will support the Boutique Manager in driving sales, ensuring operational objectives are met, and maintaining high standards within the boutique. You will also assist in recruiting, developing, and coaching the boutique team by providing motivation, encouragement, and support. Maintaining and consistently delivering a high level of customer service will be a key part of your role. Additionally, you will help implement the company's business plans and strategies, ensuring that the boutique adheres to brand guidelines established by HQ and fully complies with company policies and procedures.
In this role, your main tasks will be to :
Sales and Operational Support
o Assist the Boutique Manager in achieving sales targets and operational objectives
o Set and agree on team goals, monitor their progress, and integrate them into individual development plans
o Provide support to the team to ensure the achievement of both personal and boutique goals
Team Leadership and Communication
o Establish and maintain strong, effective relationships with the team and HQ departments
o Organize regular team briefings to discuss objectives, strategies, plans, and events, ensuring alignment with business opportunities
o Motivate and energize the sales team to continuously deliver an exceptional customer experience
Merchandising and Stock Management
o Ensure products are properly displayed and comply with company guidelines, including visual merchandising standards
o Manage stock replenishment processes to ensure accuracy and regularity
Training and Development
o Help build a winning team by fostering passion for the products and empowering employees to reach their full potential
o Support the Boutique Manager during performance reviews, evaluations, and team coaching
o Ensure all team members are fully trained and informed on the company's IT systems (e.g., POS systems, back-office, inventory transfers, etc.)
Customer Service and Experience
o Strive to set a benchmark for customer service and in-store experiences
o Continuously support the team in delivering the best possible service to exceed customer expectations
Administration and Reporting
o Assist with team performance reviews and ensure clear, effective communication at all times
Profil
Vocational training in sales (CFC) with several years of experience in luxury boutiques, ideally in watchmaking
Proven experience in team management
Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focus
Knowledge of the local market with an established network of clients or partners

Fluency in German and English is essential
