The EHL School of Practical Arts is the department responsible for delivering vocational studies that prepare students for entry into higher education courses in hospitality and service management, amongst others. The department is also responsible for the Food & Beverage management across our campuses.
To join our Programs Coordinator team, we are looking for a candidate who is not only skilled and passionate about hospitality but also aligns with our leadership principles as: transparency, accountability, collaboration, care, and experimentation.
What will you do?
- You will coordinate the work between the Faculty Members for the practical programs;
- You will communicate and provide necessary elements to the Faculty, in order to implement the teaching programs.
- You will assist the Program’s Manager with administrative tasks: agenda management, preparation of reports and other documents; follow-up of students, exams and preparation of teaching material.
- You will maintain the coordination with the administrative department.
Who you are?
- You have graduated from a Hospitality School or you have successfully completed a commercial apprenticeship.
- You have more than 8 years of experience in a similar position.
- You are fluent in French & English.
- You are open-minded, creative and proactive.
- You are organized, rigorous and reliable.
